Essay

The dissertation discusses the pathogenetic regularities of systemic violations development under combined cranio skeletal injury and effeciency of cryopreserved fetal nerve cells for its correction. It is proved that under combined cranio skeletal injury initiates activation of free radical oxidation of lipids, increased proinflammatory cytokines, violations of protein metabolism, humoral immunity in animals at the acute phase response to injury and the early period of traumatic disease that is a major factor in tissue damage and the development of systemic organ insufficiency. We found that in addition caused bleeding in rats under cranio skeletal injury impairs the traumatic disease in all studied periods after causing of cranio skeletal injury. It was obtained the positive effect of injected cryopreserved fetal nerve cells in the body of the animal under cranio skeletal injury and similar injuries complicated by bleeding. It was establish that in animals under the influence of cell therapy decreased mortality, improved the structure and ultrastructure of liver, kidney and lungs, recovered enzymatic and non enzymatic activity of antioxidant system links, protein synthesis liver function, increased antioxidant reserves, improved the immunological reactivity, decreased cytolytic syndrome and signs of inflammation. Experimentally proved that the best effect was observed from 14 days after causing injury.
