The paper is devoted to the study of actual scientific problems of modern clinical extragenital pathology - improved quality of life, perinatal outcomes of pregnancy in women with congenital heart diseases by means of the reasoning, development and implementation of a comprehensive system nonmedicamentous improving measures and prenatal preparation and antenatal protection the fetus. It is necessary to take into account the revealed features of the pathogenesis of complications and the factors contributing to their occurrence. We studied of physical working efficiency psycho-emotional status and quality of life of women with congenital heart diseases talking into consideratinon the type of heart defects and the stage of heart failure. The criteria for the early diagnostics of disturbance placental blood flow and the prediction of complications such as the threat of termination, distress and fetal growth retardation have been suggested. The features of uterine activity and mechanisms of their formation are identified using the study of placental hormones and their receptors in the myometrium. Based on the results of the studies a differentiated pathogenetic grounded system of antepartum preparation and of rehabilitation measures hes been developed. This system improves the quality of life, emotional state and the functions of the cardiovascular and other systems. It also rises physical tolerance, decreases placental insufficiency. The system helps to reduce the frequency of complications of pregnancy, childbirth, maternal and perinatal pathology and mortality in pregnant women with congenital heart diseases.
