Essay

The thesis is devoted to investigation of pathogenetic role of ksenodermotransplastic in the systemic correction of morphological and functional changes of internal organs in combined injury. Through simulation of severe and combined trauma the role of free radical processes and lipid peroxidation, antioxidant and immune systems, endogenous intoxication, metabolic and morphological changes in the pathogenesis of trauma complicated by a mechanical defect and burn skin was studied. The effect of severe injury and combined biochemical and immunological mechanisms of dysfunction of the liver, kidneys and heart was determined. It was clarified morphological abnormalities in the liver, heart and kidneys in burn and mechanical trauma. The evaluation of changes in cytokine profile in the dynamics of post–traumatic period was done and it was established pathogenetic features and the combined effects of severe trauma on the metabolic changes of internal organs. The peculiarities of humoral immunity changes and nonspecific resistance of the organism in the combined injury were determined. The highly effective new pharmaceutical forms – powdered lyophilized substrate of ksenoderma, that opening prospects for finding ways of its usage, were experimentally proved.
