Essay

3. The thesis is devoted to the study the distribution of Strongyloidose and mixed Nematodes invasion on swine farms of Forest-Steppe and Polissya regions of Ukraine, the wild boars role as a source of Strongyloidose pathogen, the dependence of Strongyloidose invasion distribution from pigs' organism resistance. There were developed quantitative methods of coprohelminthsovoscopy, coprohelminthslarvoscopy, helminthological testing of blood, milk, nasal mucus and sputum and the use of gastroduodenoscopy. There was established the character of pathological changes in swine with Strongyloidose and mixed Nematodes invasions. It was found that pathological changes are manifested by immunosuppression and morphofunctional disturbances of liver function. There were experimentally substantiated etiothropical and pathogenetical schemes for treatment of swine with Strongyloidosis by using Benzimidazol carbomate and Macrocyclic lactones together with Tioprotectin and Enterosgel. There was established the dynamics of posttherapevic changes in affected swine. There were developed the antihelminthic and nonspecific immunopreventive schemes for the treatment of swine affected with Strongyloidose invasion. There were designated the parameters for the use of Brovadez-plus for deinvasion the environment polluted with Strongyloidosis pathogen.
