Korol V. Legal Provision of Regional Foreign Economic Strategies of Ukraine

Burchak Scientific-Research Institute of Private Law and Business of National Academy of Law Sciences of Ukraine. - Kyiv, 2013 The thesis is dedicated to the scientific fundamentals creation aimed at improving of regional foreign economic strategies implementation under priority directions in 2020 perspective legal instruments coherence to ensure public interests of the state and private interests of domestic business. It's researched legal opportunities for Ukraine to simultaneously create free trade areas with the EU, the CIS countries and to become legally a member of Customs Union within the EurAsEC in accordance with both regional trade agreements and WTO agreements. It's developed pessimistic legal foresight on behalf of Ukrainian exporters concerning free trade area among the CIS countries functioning, institutional and legal transformations within EU by 2020 foresight and described their impact on deep and comprehensive free trade area with the EU under Association Agreement creation. It's researched the legal basis of integration strategies of China and ASEAN in East Asia that will affect the implementation of foreign economic policy of Ukraine not just in East Asia, but also in Europe and Eurasia.
