Rekunenko I. Formation and development of the infrastructure of financial market of Ukraine

In the dissertation scientific and methodological approaches of the essence and types of infrastructure of financial market are investigated, the place of the infrastructure in the relationship on financial market is defined, the functions, principles and basic properties of infrastructure of financial market are analyzed and systematized. The structural elements of the infrastructure are defined and characterized. In the context of the research of the infrastructure of financial market the legal regulation in terms of the state and self-regulation is analyzed. The organizational-economic mechanism of state regulation of the infrastructure of financial market and the system of self-regulation is offered.In this dissertation the necessity of developing and implementing the strategy of the developing of the infrastructure of financial market of Ukraine are substantiated. The scientific and methodological approach for developing a system of indica-tors that characterize the present stage and development of the infrastructure of financial market is offered, the estimation of infrastructure efficiency of market based on index of the developing of the infrastructure of financial market is done, the informative of which will be used to meet the interests of investors.
