Essay

The thesis presents solving important scientific problem definition and substantiation of theoretical and methodological foundations of scientific and applied aspects of adaptation experiences of formation and development of local government in Canada for Ukraine. It was proved that the objective necessity is the process of reform of local authorities and local government in Ukraine. The historical experience of the establishment and functioning of local government in the provinces and territories of Canada is summarized.
