Object of study: hypertensive disease of the II stage with concomitant pathology - discirculatory encephalopathy, ischemic heart disease, abdominal obesity. Research goal: Increasing spa-and-resort treatment efficiency for the patients with hypertensive disease of the II stage by elaboration of differentiated treatment-and-rehabilitation complexes accounting associated pathology, clinical and pathogenetical variations of arterial hypertension progress and summation of complications evolution risk factors. Research methods: clinical, biochemical, instrumental, psychodiagnostical, statistical. Theoretical and practical results: The treatment-and-rehabilitation module is the organizational form of a staging complex rehabilitation of patients with the ІІ stage HD, which envisages prophylactic, sanogenetic and syndromic approach and includes diagnostic block, prophylactic block and block of the differentiated medical rehabilitation. The complex approach for estimation of SST efficiency for the patients with the ІІ stage HD and method of estimation of exercise performance level are offered allowing to optimize the estimation of treatment activities efficiency. Application of the differentiated approaches for SST of the patients with the ІІ stage HD taking into account a guiding clinicopathogenetic syndrome, circadian BP profile and combination of cardiovascular risk factors brings to the increase of efficiency, statistically substantial prolongation of clinical remission period up to 6 months, reduction of exacerbations number, increase of exercise performance level and social activity of the patients and improves the patients' life quality. Novelty: The potential of applying natural and preformed factors in secondary prophylactics for the patients with hypertensive disease of the II stage at spa-and-resort treatment phase is proved for the first time. Complex approach is offered to estimate efficiency of treatment-and-rehabilitation of the patients with hypertensive disease of the II stage. The new estimate method for exercise performance level in the patients with combined cardiovascular pathology. Stage of implementation: articles, monographs, guidelines, information letters. Field of use: medicine.
