Kraseninin A. Development of scientific basis for the formation of the content of locomotives for extension of their service.

A research object is the system of maintenance of locomotives at the extension of time of their exploitation above normative. For the decision of separate tasks modern mathematical methods and positions of next theories were used: reliability, games, probability, aging, recognition of patterns. In theory the results of scientific and technical problem of determination of the system of maintenance of locomotives are generalized at the extension of time of exploitation above of normative at providing level of reliability and optimal charges on ТM and ТR on basis using of methods of transport econometry for the estimation of research results. The worked out approaches provide a theoretical basis of approach of the systems at forming of strategy and tactics TM, TR of locomotives in an ambassador normative term exploitations practical realization of that allowed to ground expenses on organization TM, TR of locomotives anymore than normative at the extension of time of exploitation; strategy and tactics TM and TR for providing of efficiency and reliability of locomotives in an ambassador normative term of exploitation; powers of repair economy of depot at substituting of old locomotives by new.
