Loskutov O. Optimization methods of cardioprotection in the complex anesthetic management operations with cardiopulmonary bypass

The aim of the study was devoted of myocardium protection at on pump coronary artery bypass grafting. There were compared two methods of local cardioprotection (artificial electrical heart fibrillation and Bretshneider solution). Influence of different types of anesthesia on functional state of the heart and systemic hemodynamics together with the tolerance of the myocardium to ischemic damage and dynamic parameters of lipid peroxidation were studied. Also, the effect sevoflurane on the structural changes of mitochondria were defined in experimental myocardial ischemia. The results of the study identified of blood oxygen-transport function and the minimal level of hemoglobin for patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting.
