Object - mechanics of processes and machines of processing of metals by pressure (PMP), technology and equipment for drawing of reinforcing wire. The purpose - development of the scientific bases of mechanics of processes and machines of PMP for definition of boundary conditions for solving of boundary value problem of drawing of reinforcing wire in accordance with ISO 10544. Research Methods - theoretical research on the bases of commonly accepted provisions of PMP; laboratory and industrial research using certified and checked in accordance with standard procedure devices and equipment. Theoretical and practical results - physical modeling techniques of external friction and process of forming of ledges on the surface of the stock at forging, rolling and drawing in rolling cages are developed, algorithm of universal power method of calculation of technological parameters of processes of rolling in monolithic and rolling cages taking into account inertia force of the stock and elastic deformation of working rollers is developed. Novelty - power method of solving of tasks of processing of metals by pressure is developed on the basis for the first time determined laws of interaction of stock and tool in the processes and machines of PMP, for the first time inversion method for analysis of power parameters of processes of external friction in the deformation zone is developed, for the first time inertia forces connection with external friction forces and its joint influence on power parameters of drawing process taking into account features of inertia forces in deformation zone are determined, for the first time laws of stress-strain state of stock in elastic zone in the input of deformation zone at drawing are determined. The degree of implementation - technology of drawing with new generation of rolling cages for rolling of different assortment of wire of periodic profile on wire enterprise of Odessa and Hartsizsk. Scope of use - wire enterprises of association "Ukrmetiz", industrial research institutes.
