Hrushko O. Development of Phenomenological Basics of Creating Metals and Alloys Charts Applied to the Processes of Cold Forming

The object of the research is the process of cold metal forming; the aim of the research is to enhance the effectiveness of cold forming processes with the reducing their energy, metal and technological costs and reducing the cost of product development based on the phenomenological approach of creating maps of metals and alloys that are required to ensure the accuracy process modeling cold plastic deformation and failure prediction technology; the theoretical methods of the research are fundamental assumption of plasticity theory of metal forming theory and continuum mechanics; mechanical processes has been studied by finite element method, physical modeling, by hardness dividing nets; theoretical results : first formulated scientific principles regarding the content and methods of studying maps parameters of metals and alloys;the use of the stress state parameter, which takes into account the physical and mechanical properties of the material is proposed the first; theory of the simulation of pressure for materials with different mechanical properties is improved; engineering energy loss criterion sustainability by local thinning that takes into account the curvature of the slab is updated; experimental and theoretical methods for the determination of the stress- strain state and models of technological failures in processes mandrelling, flexible tube and sheet are developed. The degree of integration - the results obtained in this thesis, are introduced in the form of methods, algorithms and technological developments in : Institute of Superhard Materials named by V.N.Bakul , the State Research Institute of Aviation (Kiev) , PJSC "Head Specialized Design and Technology Institute " (Mariupol), State Enterprise of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine "The 45th Experimental Mechanical Plant" (Vinnitsa), PAT " Bar Engineering Plant" manufacturing enterprise "Azovmegamet " ( Mariupol) and "Vinnitsa Pilot Plant". The sphere of industry is design and calculation processes of cold plastic deformation on the basis of map material.
