Essay

The work addresses issues of maintaining and recovering reproductive health of women with metabolic syndrome through developing and piloting an evidence-based health care system for such patients. The suggested system is based on the established linkages between reproductive health disorders and functional status of pituitary-ovarian and pituitary-adrenal systems, morphological and functional features of breasts and endometrium and the homeostasis of autocrine-paracrine regulation of adipose tissue. Identified risk factors of MS as a result of the studies. It was established that in patients with MS, PCOS and infertility, as well as high level of hyperproliferative processes of endometrium and benign breast diseases are observed. We found a significant correlation between the increase in the number of intra-abdominal adipose tissue and the development of it's disfunction. It is proved that the changes of adypokines and insulin levels may be a marker for early diagnosis of hormone hyperplastic processes in patients of reproductive age with MS. Improved methods of diagnosis of gynecological pathology and proposed lifestyle modification program by using nutritional status correction, graduated exercises and pathogenesis-based therapy.
