Dissertation is devoted research of constitutionalism and nature of constitution as the legal phenomenon. Author conception of seeing of constitutionalism is offered as the complex legal phenomenon from which nature of constitution hatches in the concrete type of society. Nature is exposed, structure and typology of constitutionalism is given, in particular to his influence on transformation of usually and religious legal system and on the phenomenon of globalization in a law. Constitutionalism is based on national constitutional traditions, which predetermine plural forms of his display. Being the product of development of Christian-Judaic civilization, the structural elements of constitutionalism gradually implemented in religiously traditional laws and order. It is predefined the unique nature of constitutionalization of any society, integration of which is provided by achieving a public consensus in relation to base social values which make its basis.
