Gorban G. Psychology of making managerial decisions in social systems on the urban community level

In the thesis on the ground of conducted theoretical, methodological and empirical analysis development of the theoretical model of making a managerial decision in social systems was made, as well as its social and psychological providing. Scientific problem of a background for psychological foundations of making a decision in social systems and models of its social and psychological providing on the urban community level is solved, technology of its implementation is defined. The process of making a managerial decision was conducted in the thesis and its model was constructed which discloses its content as a systemic managerial action and establishes pragmatic and recording levels. Features of making a managerial decision in social systems were investigated according to their form of organization and it was pointed out that making a decision in the social system is characterized by necessity for taking into account forms' specificity of the community activity arrangement and pattern of its members' attitude towards these decisions. It was proved that one of specific features of social systems is polysubjective pattern of making a managerial decision. Three types of making decision subjects on the level of urban community were drafted in the thesis: municipal authorities (administration and local self-government); public leaders of initiatives and conceptions; nongovernmental social organizations. The model of social and psychological providing for managerial decision in the social systems was developed in the thesis; the model shows complex and branchy (regarding capacity as well as space) structure. The model was approved by the technology of project game as a form of social and psychological providing for making a managerial decision.
