Processes in plasmas with different temporal and spatial scales were investigated. The kinetic theory of an ensemble of charged particles undergoing random electric fields of moderate intensity was proposed. Transition probability enabling calculation of electromagnetic and transport properties of a turbulent plasma was found. The model of plasma in the vicinity of unshielded RF antenna was formulated. Formation of a macroscopic oscillating charge is predicted and a number of phenomena in tokamaks were explained. Consistent approaches to the description of bounded and layered plasmas were developed, explanation for a number of experimental observations was given.
