Essay

The dissertation is based on a comprehensive study of 210 patients with autonomic dysfunction (VD) in the structure of vasomotor rhinitis, cerebral dystonia, visceral autonomic neuropathy developed the concept of the formation of clinical and pathogenetic mechanisms and understanding of VD as a mandatory component of the studied somatic diseases allows judge VNS role in the development and maintenance of the pathological process. The general pattern of disintegration of all levels of VNS as a major pathogenesis of local, segmental-peripheral, central dominance. Clinical and experimentally proved and the concept of integrated multi-differentiated electricalphotopharmacological impact on the main elements forming VD, and the most effective route of administration and area of influence. The efficiency of the developed therapy was proved. A working classification studied VD was performed. The proposed terms completely morphologically and functionally reflect the manifestation of pathological processes VNS. The statistical dependence was formulated to predict the course of VD at various levels of the organization.
