Patsuriya N. Theoretical Problems of Insurance Legal Relationships (Economic-Legal Aspect).

The given thesis is dedicated to the integrated economic legal research into theoretical problems of insurance legal relationships regulation which is directed to create scientifically supported approach to the legal regulation for analytical-applied issues of insurance legal relationships in the economic management sphere. In the presented dissertation research, the legal basis was determined, with the matter of research becoming clear while there was formulated the notion of insurance activities as a part of system-generative category of insurance legal relationships in the economic management sphere, as well as the concept, place and types of economic insurance legal relationships in the system of economic legal relationships were researched, the classification (grading) of the reasons and motives for the initiation, transformation and termination of insurance legal relationships in the economic management sphere was accomplished, special features and peculiarities of the legal status for a party to insurance legal relationships in the economic management sphere were researched and analyzed, the essence of the object of insurance legal relationships in the economic management sphere as the insurable interest was made clear, with its contents being specified, the notion as well as the subject of insurance law along with its place and role in the Ukrainian law system being determined, there were also analyzed the ways of Ukrainian law modernization, with the Conception of upgrading in legal regulation of insurance activities being framed and drawn up.
