Object of research: syndrome of vegetative dystonia.Aim of research: to increase the rehabilitation effectiveness among patients with the vegetative dystonia syndrome of various geneses.Research Methods and equipment: clinical, functional, laboratory, psychological, statistical.Theoretical and practical results: were discovered role of the disregulatory pathology structures of the vegetative nervous system as a universal part of the vegetative dystonia syndrome pathogenesis, developed, tested and implemented physiotherapy techniques into practice, restored functional activity of the suprasegmental systems structures of the vegetative nervous system.Novelty: had been firstly identified dysregulation of the vegetative nervous system as a universal link in the pathogenesis of vegetative dystonia syndrome of different genesis; also, pathogenetic approaches to usefulness of physical therapy as the correction factor of disregulatory disorders of the vegetative nervous system were formed for the first time.The degree of implementation: articles, theses, patents.Field of use: medicine.
