Karmaza O. Housing Rights Protection Concepts in civil process.

The thesis provides complex scientific research of concepts of housing rights protection in civil process. Particular attention is drawn to research of legal nature and complicity of legal instruments for protection of housing rights in notary, civil and enforcement processes, research of procedure and legal components of housing rights as a branch of law, as well as formulating of doctrinal approaches and scientifically justified recommendations regarding further development of theoretical and practical grounds for protection of housing rights of individuals. As part of study the author provides theoretical suggestions and practical recommendations regarding improvement of certain provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine, Civil Code of Ukraine, Civil and procedural Code of Ukraine, Family Code of Ukraine, and Law "On Notariat" and Law "On Enforcement procedures".
