The thesis is devoted to increasing of the effectiveness of reproductive health of women with ovarian apoplexy (OA) keeping and restoration by intraperitoneal bleedings of ovarian etiology non-invazive diagnosis improvement, pathogenetically-based program of OA treatment, rehabilitation and prophylaxis performing out using identified both pathogenetic and morphofunctional peculiarities of the disease together with modern innovative medical technologies. On the basis of theoretical generalization of data of epidemiological and hormonal investigations, peculiarities of clinical manifestations of sono-, video- and morphological structure of ovarian bleeding sources, genital tract microbiocenotic conditiontogether with coagulative system activity investigation one could assume that there were developed and performed out in case of OA the following events: OA system of diagnosis, methods conservative and operative OA treatment that were differentiated according to both haemoperitoneum volume and ovarian bleeding source ultrastructure and the system of the rehabilitative-prophylactic complex observation of the named patients that lea to disease cases of recurrence quantity reduction and reproductive function restoration in condition of the named pathology.
