Selskyy P. Information system for quality management of training specialists and medical care at the primary level

The thesis is devoted to the information system for quality management of training medical specialists, directed to improve the provision of medical care at the primary level, in which were improved and adapted to the new conditions of education already existing methods of research information processes in medical education system and introduced new methodological approaches to data support of educational and assessment methods, was worked out on the basis of existing and development of new theoretical positions, methods, principles of modern information systems and technologies. A new approach to the construction of an assessment system for current and final module control in the higher medical educational institution was introduced. The comprehensive information protection system based on the informational model system processes of data transmission between the subjects and objects of test exam has been worked out and implemented. The structure of complex information system for training and providing the medical care at the primary level with informational exchange between computer networks of medical institutions and the university is rather reasonable. By using an approach, which is based on the analytical method of Saati hierarchies, the hierarchical model of the high-quality assessment objective of medical students professional competence has been developed.
