The dissertation is devoted a problem frequency decrease obstetrical and perinatal complications at women with irondeficiency anaemia and hypothyrioses on the basis of improvement and introduction of algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions. The role thyrejidal dysfunctions in genesise of infringements of a metabolism of iron is found out at a combination irondeficiency anaemia and hypothyrioses. It is established new links patogenesise of irondeficiency anaemia and hypothyrioses on the basis of interrelations between endocrinological and hematological indicators which consist available direct correlative dependence between maintenance ТТG and level SI (r = +0,54); ТЗЗ and the maintenance of CF (r = +0,51); maintenance ТG and КNTrZ (r = +0,50), and also return correlative dependence between maintenance Т4 and HGB (r =-0,57); level T3 and Tr (r =-0,55) and the maintenance fT4 and SI (r =-0,52). Presented comparative aspects clinical, ehografical, haemodynamic, endocrinological and dysmetabolical changes in system mother-placenta-born depending on presence irondeficiency anaemia and hypothyrioses and as it is independent, and at their combination . It is presented influence irondeficiency anaemia and hypothyrioses which meet as independently, and in a combination on obstetrical and perinatal results of deliveries and functional condition fetoplacental complex. The received results have allowed to prove scientifically necessity of improvement of algorithm of the diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions directed on decrease of frequency obstetrical and perinatal complications at combination irondeficiency anaemia and hypothyrioses.
