The dissertation is devoted to the development of scientific bases of creation of high-efficiency vibropower equipment for shaping items from construction metallic powders in hard press-forms, that resulted in the solution important scientific and technical problem of increasing the efficiency of pressing metallic powders in press-forms and shaping finished products of higher quality and equidensity from them. The theory of vibroforming items from metallic powders is improved and developed. Relation between the speed of compression by volume, growth of density of metallic powder, depending on the dynamic loading and the time of its application on the metallic powder are determined. The dynamics of the vibropress with rigid and elastic limiting devices at the impulsive vibroforming is studied and its rational parameters during realization of the symmetric and asymmetric modes of the oscillation influence are determined. Joint motion of the vibrating table for preliminary compression of metallic powders at its vertical vibrations without loading and under loading, and also when rigid and elastic limiting devices interact is investigated. Its rational parameters are determined. Joint motion of the workings parts of the vibropress with two sources of the apeak directed vibrations and metallic powder is investigated and rational parameters of the press during the twofrequency impulsive pressing are determined. New constructions of the vibropower equipment are developed. Experimental researches are conducted and compared with theoretical data.
