Essay

The work is devoted to the issues of reduction in the incidence of maternal and perinatal pathology in pregnant women with preeclampsia associated with thrombophilia by identifying features of the pathogenesis of this complication of pregnancy, distributing acquired and inherited forms of thrombophilia, depending on the severity and the presence of complications; based on this creating prediction models of preeclampsia progression, occurrence of obstetric and perinatal complications, development of pathogenically proven prevention and algorithm for pregnancy management. As a result of the studies conducted, the incidence and structure of inherited, acquired and combined forms of thrombophilia in pregnant women with preeclampsia were determined, the association of allelic variants of the genes studied with the severity of the disease and the development of complications of gestation in preeclampsia was analyzed. Pathogenically proven differentiated scheme of pregnancy management, depending on the risk of preeclampsia progression, which has beneficial effects on pregnancy, allows preventing the progression of preeclampsia and associated complications. Current management of pregnant women with preeclampsia associated with thrombophilia, which helps to determine the probable duration of pregnancy and delivery time, was improved.
