Mazurik O. Social audit as modern diagnostic technology in the practice of management in Ukraine.

In the thesis there were substantiated the basic principles of conceptualization of social audit. It was reviewed the theoretical approaches to study of social audit developed in sociological discourse; it was defined a place of the concept of social audit in the categorial system of Sociology. The foreign experience of genesis and development of social audit in public practice as well as conditions for development of audit in post-Soviet countries are analyzed which allow us to find out the means for development and implementation of social audit in contemporary Ukraine. It is proposed a conceptional scheme for application of social audit as a social technology and as the international standards. These results led to the possibility to substantiate technologies and procedures of implementation of social audit. In the thesis social audit is analyzed as a universal technology of the complex examination of the condition of social object according to the verified standards. The concept of social audit was compared with close to it research procedures such as social expertise, diagnostic, monitoring, evaluation, and were described their genetical connections and distinctives. The analysis of the modern state and the perspective of implementation of social audit in the management practice in Ukraine was made. The factors of optimization of social partnership in management practice were described, as well as the effectiveness of social technologies of control in the education management system.
