Object of research: osteochondrosis of the cervical spine. Objective: to develop a diagnostic, therapeutic and prognostic criteria of assessment of rehabilitation potential in patients with clinical-neurological manifestations of degenerative-dystrophic lesions of the cervical spine on the basis of clinical, modern radiation and nonradiation methods. Methods: clinical, instrumental, ray, laboratory, retrospective analysis, statistics. Theoretical and practical results: Proposed complex expert - rehabilitation diagnostics in patients with osteochondrosis of the cervical spine for determination of rehabilitation potential and rehabilitation of the forecast. Developed and put into practice sanatorium treatment differentiated methods of physio-balneotherapy depending on the major clinical-neurological syndromes: spondylogenic vertebrobasilar insufficiency; hypertension amid rapid progression of degenerative-dystrophic changes in the cervical spine; dyscirculatory encephalopathy in combination with essential arterial hypertension in spinal osteochondrosis.Innovation: Сomplex of expert - rehabilitation diagnostics in patients with osteochondrosis of the cervical spine was proposed for determination of rehabilitation potential and rehabilitation prognosis.
