Radzyviluk V. Theoretical Issues of Bankruptcy (Insolvency)

The thesis addresses comprehensive economic legal research into theoretical issues of bankruptcy (insolvency) prevention aimed at conceptual ascertainment and doctrinal substantiation of availability in law of bankruptcy (insolvency) as a branch of economic law and pursuant to the system of law of Ukraine prevention of bankruptcy (insolvency) as an institute of economic law. Bankruptcy (insolvency) prevention is viewed as an integral legal phenomenon on the basis of systemic and thorough analysis of bankruptcy (insolvency) prevention relations and their official legal registration, definition and investigation of the system forming factors inherent in them: methods of their legal regulation, functions, goals, principles and specificity of their subjective composition.
