Essay

The thesis is the first complex specialized study of theoretical basis of protection of the right to work taking into consideration current developments of law. The author analyzes preconditions of creation of labour justice on the basis of study of study of current situation in this sphere and of scientific thought, studies the history of establishment and development of labour justice in Ukraine. Having studied the legal bases of functioning of basic foreign models of realization of the right to work, the author works out new approaches to labour disputes resolution in Ukraine, making an attempt to determine procedural and legal status of labour justice in Ukraine’s judicial system.
