Dissertation is devoted to studying problem of pedagogic cooperation optimization in modern educational sphere. Mechanisms and specific character of interpersonal participants' communication of pedagogical process, enlightening of system communicative-perceptional formations of their cooperation is opened up in the context of genetic-psychological paradigm. In the light of genetic psychology multiple view theoretic-empirical knowledge of psychological peculiarities of pedagogic relation is conducted. Empirical study of pedagogical cooperation psychogenesis is put into practice. It is propound genetic- psychological model of pedagogic cooperation as development of activity individuals who have equal rights, conduct common activity, are oriented on achievement of chosen goals and teamwork, produce positive evolving influence; initiate mutual stimulation development through self-development. It means they are aimed at personal self-movement. Comprehensive purpose-oriented project "Optimization origin of pedagogic cooperation" is developed. Genetic psychological communicative- reflective training method as effective instrument for optimization of pedagogic cooperation is elaborated, approved and put into practice in educational process of different institutions.
