Object of study: the processes of transformation of Sciences of Ukraine on the basis of the "green" economy. Objective: to develop the theoretical and methodological foundations of scientific and methodical provisions of transformation of nature on the basis of the "green" economy. Research Methods and apparatus: a comparative analysis; statistical analysis; abstract and logical analysis; systemic-structural analysis, economic and mathematical analysis. Theoretical and practical results: the results are methodological development and practical proposals that contribute to the transformation of the system of nature on the basis of the "green" economy. Novelty: developed and theoretically substantiated the concept of transformation of nature on the basis of the "green" economy as a new stage in the development of ecological and economic relations. Degree of implementation: methodological and practical case studies in the activities of the Ukrainian Wind Energy Association, the State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine in the learning process of the International Science and Technology University.
