Balueva O. Methodology for managing sustainable development of the city on ecology and economics basics

The present thesis works examines the essence of ecologically balanced development of the city. The tendencies of development of urbanization basing on environmental component were detached. The introduction of modern tools of ecological and economical management with a purpose to ensure the appropriate level of environmental safety in large cities was grounded. The conceptual construct was amended by the new terminological structures like environmental rehabilitation, environmental development and ecologically balanced development of the city. The key elements of mechanism of strategic management of ecologically balanced development of large cities were determined. The scientific and methodical provisions of complex assessment of ecologization of large cities were formed. The present thesis work has suggested the scientific and methodical recommendations concerning the grounding of necessity of amenity planting technologies usage as the basis of strategy of the real estate market development which are focused on ecologization of the real estate objects. In the present work the author has grounded the necessity to form the legislative base for amenity planting. The scientific and methodical approaches to formation of strategy of ecologically balanced development of the city which leis in integration of various management processes based on the principles of "green economy" were suggested.
