Moskalenko O. The Theory of Advanced Economic Development and its Implementation in Policy of the Modern State

The dissertation is concerned with elaborating the theory of advanced economic development, specifying its philosophical and methodological foundations, revealing the substantial grounds for the advanced development in terms of its principles and conditions of existence, as well as opportunities, limits and tools for its implementation in the policy of the modern state. There has been elucidated the place of the theory of advanced economic development in the system of classical and post-non-classical science, substantiated its content, significance, self-sufficiency. There has been revealed the nature, character and essence of the advanced economic development as an objective phenomenon, category and process. There has formulated the institutional structure of the model of advanced economic development, where the components are the political, economic and social institutions. There has been studied the contemporary paradigm of the state's role in the forming of the principles and foundations of the advanced economic development, the appropriate economic policy through the prism of various scientific schools and theories. There have been conceptualized the forms of interaction between government and business as an institution of motivation for the innovation activity. There have been estimated the socio-economic opportunities and there have been substantiated the institutional and legal foundations for the implementation of the model of advanced economic development in Ukraine. There have been given the recommendations for forming the economic policy of advanced economic development in the modern state.
