The aim of the study - to justify the theoretical and methodological framework for the analysis of non-real historical sources X-XIV centuries, demonstrate the effectiveness of the developed method with specific examples interpretation of the key sources of evidence about the architecture of Rus' and identify patterns of her formation. The technique is based on the integrated use of data and methods of source study, classical textual criticism, genetic criticism, and hermeneutic analysis.
