Essay

Object: the neutral atmosphere of the Earth. Objective: the solution of the scientific applied problem of elaborating methodology and technologies of construction of regional models of the atmospheric delay for application of RTK at solving geodesy problems. Methods: mathematical and statistical modelling, the probability theory, graphic and digital modelling. Scientific novelty consists in obtaining theoretical and practical results concerning construction of regional models of the atmospheric delay for application of RTK technologies at solving geodesy problems. Results: for the first time the model of determination of the atmospheric delay with height over territory covered by active reference stations in real time mode is elaborated and theoretically proved; the technique of the account of residual influence of neutral atmosphere that provides increase of accuracy and operability of account of residual influence on geodesic measurements is proposed at RTK observations; for the first time the technique of carrying out of a continuous tomography of atmosphere is developed, the technology of application of GNSS and the ground based meteorological information is developed for construction and functioning of system of remote monitoring of atmosphere in real time.
