Essay

The thesis presents a theoretical synthesis and a new solution of the topical problem of neurology: the improvement of diagnostic techniques and enhancement of vertebrogenic cervical myelopathy treatment efficacy, which is manifested in extending knowledge of the neurophysiological mechanisms of the disease pathogenesis, and working out a new concept of the complex clinico-physiological diagnosis with substantiation of differential choice of methods of treatment.
