Dissertation for the degree of doctor of technical sciences, specialty 05.12.17 - Radio and television systems. Kyiv State Academy after hetman Petro Konashevych Sagaydachniy, 2014. The work is devoted to development of the methodological foundations of creating adaptive ground control complex automated spacecraft, researching ways to improve the efficiency of spacecraft in a continuous increase in the complexity of targets and resources management. To achieve this goal in the thesis formulated and solved the following main tasks: the analysis of approaches to improve the efficiency of ground control complex automated spacecraft, developed model of adaptive ground control complex automated spacecraft, the model control Mission Control, the model of operational planning work of ground automated control system, developed by scientific and technical proposals for the creation of adaptive ground control complex automated spacecraft. An evaluation of the effectiveness of adaptive ground control complex automated spacecraft through experiment.Analysis of the results of experimental studies allowed practically demonstrate the possibility of increasing operational and target characteristics of modern automated ground control complex spacecraft.
