Chibisov D. Instabilities and turbulence of plasma with non-uniform ion flows both along and across the magnetic field

The thesis presents a new solution and a theoretical generalization of the problems of stability, turbulent state as well as caused by them processes of anomalous transport and heating of magnetized weakly inhomogeneous cylindrical plasma with an axially symmetric ion flows propagating across the magnetic field. On the basis of analysis of the development and interaction of small-scale cylindrical waves the possibility of development of nonlinear instabilities of cylindrical plasma is shown. The study of the dispersion properties and mechanisms of development of plasma instabilities with magnetic field-aligned ion flows with a gradient of flow velocity perpendicular to the direction of motion was carried out.
