Voloshko A. Theory and practice evaluating of the electric energy quality in the integrated power supply systems

Thesis deals with the important scientific and applied problems - more efficient use of the energy by creating the unified concept of the information-measuring systems provide integrated power supply to support energy, information, economic and financial relations between all stakeholders of the energy market of Ukraine and other stakeholders. On the basis of the concept of mathematical methods and tools of the quantitative monitoring (graphs of electrical loads) and qualitative (quality of the electric energy) performance modes integrated power supply systems in the real time. Developed legal and terminological apparatus, and a system of standards that cover all of the development stages and implementation of automated systems of the electric energy consumption and its quality. Necessary terms and definitions are formed structure, functions and types of the such systems security, on the acquisition, transformation, and storing information about the quantity and quality of the electrical energy.
