Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the development of scientific and methodological principles of qualimetrical measurements as a new type of measurements, their theoretical, tool, metrology and regulatory and methodological support. Qualimetrical measurements refer to the sphere of qualimetry – the branch of science where research subject is product quality quantitative assessment. This is indirect products quality level measurement the values of which can be obtained by the way of measurement results processing of its characteristics by the multidimensional scaling methodology. Product quality virtual measure is proposed to use for methodological providing of qualimetrical measurements procedure realization and their accuracy and quality assessment. Comparison of quality profiles is realized by multidimensional scaling methodology. There was created and analyzed the methodology of estimation of the qualimetrical measurements accuracy based on the concept of uncertainty. There was created and analyzed the methodology of ensuring the uniformity of the qualimetrical measurements.
