Essay

The algorithm for creating a universal public system of corrective physical education and health preschool children with disorders of the musculoskeletal system of neurogenic etiology (cerebral palsy and spinal paresis of different levels of localization) is examined in the thesis. The national and international experience in motor rehabilitation of children with locomotor means of physical education and exercise therapy is analyzed in this work. The absence of a single holistic approach to overcoming the problems of movement disorders in children medical clinical methods and teaching opportunities is pointed out. A model of corrective physical education such children and the corresponding work program for preschool children with neurogenic problems are written. A new neuropedagogichna classification of motor disorders in children, based on the level of localization of the lesion of the central nervous system (cerebralis, cervikalis, lumbalis) is singled out. The strategy (general formula correction) and tactics (individual intervention programs) to overcome the relevant typological complex motor disorders is designed and tested. Being based on the analysis of domestic and international experience, the developing model and practical experimental studies clarified the most appropriate theoretical, methodological and methodical conditions to overcome motor disorders in preschool children with pathology neuroorthopedic means corrective physical education.
