Shirinyan L. Financial regulation of insurance market of Ukraine under modern conditions

The dissertation solves the complex problem related to the instruments efficiency of financial regulation of the insurance market in Ukraine. The new financial regulation instruments have been offered. There has been proved the scale effect in insurance and the actual distributions of insurers depending on their revenues and assets has been found. The work presents the conceptual ways of creation and development of miсroinsurance in Ukraine. It is offered the reduced taxes and differentiated taxation of insurers profits within different types of activities. The work concerns also the obligatory accumulation funds of preventive measures.
