Essay

Object - professional training of future lecturers of higher educational pedagogical institutions. Aim - substantiate theoretically conceptual theoretical-methodic foundations of developing methodic culture of future teachers of pedagogical disciplines, speciality "Preschool education" within Master Programme and pedagogical technology of their realization. Methods - theoretical, empirical, statistical. Novelty - firstly elaborated and substantiated theoretically the conception of developing methodic culture of future teachers of pedagogical disciplines speciality "Preschool education" within Master Programme. The essence and the structure of the concept "methodic culture of future teachers of pedagogical disciplines, speciality "Preschool education"" have been defined. The conceptual model and pedagogical factors of developing methodic culture of future teachers of pedagogical disciplines, speciality "Preschool education" have been elaborated. The notions "pedagogical culture", "professional-pedagogical culture", professional training of future lecturers of higher educational pedagogical institutions" have been specified. The theory and methods of professional training of future lecturers of pedagogical disciplines speciality "Preschool education" in higher educational pedagogical institutions have been further developed. Results - the pedagogical technology of developing methodic culture of future teachers of pedagogical disciplines speciality "Preschool education" within Master Programme and the methodology of defining the levels of development of methodic culture within Master Programme in higher educational pedagogical institutions have been elaborated. The degree of implementation is high. The field of application is pedagogical, higher educational pedagogical institutions.
