Essay

The principles of system and qualimetry qualimetry of education process of higher education establishment were formulated, theoretically and methodologically substantiated and developed in the thesis. According to analytical investigations of system and information basis of education management process in the theory and history of pedagogy, it was found that methods of system analysis, theories of decision-making and theories of qualimetry usage were not sufficient for its improvement. The common features of management and qualimetry were detected and it was proved that corresponding procedures took place with the help of methods of theories of decision-making. According to the analyses of system classification of contemporary models of knowledge assessment, the priority of undefined models and the models of integral assessment of knowledge was set. The advantage was given to multiplicative approach that was based on the function of desirability, according to Harrington's theory. The principles of system analysis and criteria of purposeful behavior of the decision producing system were adapted. The structured model of system and information qualimetry in the process of education management, that takes into consideration the peculiarities of physical sense of the studied processes and stresses attention to the qualimetry of decision-making present in all the stages of management, was substantiated.
