Essay

The aim of the study was to reduce the risk of influenza and obstetric, perinatal complications in pregnant women with influenza by improving pathogenetic criteria of prediction, diagnosis, prevention depending on the individual characteristics of hereditary predisposition. The incidence of influenza in Ukraine in the 2009-2010 epidemic season was 277.3 cases, in the Odessa region - 332.8 per 100,000 population. Prediction algorithm and pathogenetic complex of prevention of obstetric and perinatal complications in women with high risk of infectious processes during pregnancy against mutant alleles of genes eNOS3, COL2A1, PAI1, SOD1 involves prediction of the risk of infectious processes and obstetric and perinatal complications development during pregnancy, pregnancy follow-up, pathogenetic correction of metabolic disorders. The effectiveness of the algorithm of prediction, diagnosis and pathogenetic prevention of obstetric, perinatal complications was proved by planning pregnancy in the summer-autumn period (100%), preconception training (100 %); reduction of acute respiratory viral infections incidence - 1.7 times as much, flu - 5.9 times (p<0.01); reduction of clinical manifestations of placental dysfunction - 1.2 times (p<0.01), amniotic pathology - 1.4 times (p<0.05), fetus growth retardation syndrome - 1.2 (p<0,05), anomalies of labor - 1.5 times (p<0.01), bleeding - 2.1 times (p<0.01), chorioamnionitis - 3.6 times (p<0.01), congenital malformations of the heart - 2.5 times (p<0.05).
