Essay

Acute leukemia, chronic myeloid leukemia, myelodysplastic syndromes. The aim - to established the role of clonal chromosomal abnormalities heterogenisity in formation abnormal karyotypes in bone marrow cells (BM) in children and adolescents. It was shown that practically all chromosomes were involved in quantitative and structural rearrangements. In structural rearrangements were registered translocations, deletions, invertions, additional materials unknowm origin. In AL up to 2 years were domimated translocations, under 2 years - deletions and translocations.The universality of mechanisms in complexity of clonal chromosome abnormalities of BM cells in haemopoietic and lymphoid tissues are showed.
