Object process of functioning and evolution of the securities market as a body of institutions. Purpose: develop theoretical and methodological bases of formation and development of institutions in the securities market in Ukraine. Methods: methods of institutional analysis; dialectical method; methods of deduction and induction; methods of statistical analysis and expert-rated; monographic, simulation and decomposition methods. Offered: concept of interaction of the subjects of the securities market and formatting a multi-level system of its regulation is offered. Also, the author offers a scientific and methodical approach about order of the interaction of self-regulatory organizations, about regular participants in the securities market and commercial banks, about management of the tariff policy of the financial institution, concerning the conflicts of interest exclusion in investment funds, auditors, investment analysts, rating agencies, about forming an integrated institution as a broker-dealer with market maker functions, the diagnostics the target programs of the securities market development; conceptual and categorical apparatus. The scientific substantiation means the causes of institutional changes in the securities market, a system of classification functions of the securities market, the typology of the stages of development and life cycle of self-regulatory organizations in the securities market.
