Object - chronic circulatory disorders of the lower extremities in the stage of critical ischemia in the terminal aorta distal lesions; the aim - to improve the results of surgical treatment of the patients with chronic critical limb ischemia in the terminal aorta distal lesions by work out and introduction of direct and indirect techniques using endovascular revascularization technologies and their combinations into the clinical practice; methods - clinical, laboratory, mathematical, statistical, Instrumental; novelty - the radionuclide scintigraphy role was determined in case of the lower limbs ischemia. The algorithm of surgical tactics choice was worked out. The place and role of endovascular surgery and its combinations with the direct and indirect techniques was determined. Indications to different techniques of direct, indirect and endovascular revascularization in chronic critical limb ischemia were worked out.
