Rudyk V. The development of pension insurance in Ukraine: theory, methodology, practice

In the dissertation the theoretical views on the essence, economic and social nature of pension insurance are generalized; the basic principles, functions, characteristic signs are designated; the theoretical aspects of pension management as the main making element in the administrative decisions realization in the country's pension system are characterized. The pension insurance system's modern condition in the state is estimated, the main financial institutes of the PAYG pension system are characterized. The role of the Pension Fund of Ukraine as the main financial institution of the national pension system is estimated. The institutional structure of the second level is offered, its main institutions are characterized. The role of the stock market in usage of storage pension's assets is determined, the model of the second level operation on the first phase of its implementation is designed and the role of Storage pension fund in it is defined. The priorities of pension insurance system development are designed; the proposals for improvement of national pension system legal framework, the formation of effective system for conservation, usage and protection of pension assets involving participants of the second level are justified. The calculations of financial and economical verification of state mandatory funded pension insurance introduction mechanism are implemented.
