The monograph analyzes the issues related to systems methodological facilitation of sociological research on transborder processes. Basic principles and levels of systems methodology are stood out. Systems quality of transborder phenomena, the mechanisms of functioning and development are disclosed. Basic toolkits for systems research of transborder systems are identified.
